ChatDesk provides an AI chatbot that answers questions using content you provide. AI answers can be wrong; you are responsible for the content you add and for reviewing important answers. Do not use the service for medical, legal or financial advice without human review.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Indian Rupees, plus applicable GST. One "chat" is one conversation of up to 20 messages. When your monthly chats are used up, the chatbot switches to collecting leads until the next cycle or a top-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You must have the right to use the content you upload and must not use the service for spam, unlawful content, or collecting sensitive personal data without consent. You must show a privacy notice to your visitors.
We aim for high availability but rely on third-party AI and hosting providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If AI providers are unavailable, the chatbot falls back to collecting leads.
